Shipping & Delivery Policy

To ensure your package is delivered promptly and within the advertised time frame, please make sure your shipping address is entered accurately and in full. Use correct abbreviations and include all necessary information, including apartment or suite numbers, if applicable. Improper or incomplete addresses may result in delays.

If there is an issue verifying your address, our customer service team will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.

Incorrect Shipping Address
If you realize you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at rieproducts2020@gmail.com as soon as possible. For weekend orders, please email us first thing Monday morning. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made before the order is processed. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please note that if a package must be reshipped due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, all reshipping fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Fees & Refused Deliveries
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse delivery of your order, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any return shipping fees. These charges will be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Undelivered Packages
In the event that a package is lost in transit due to an error on the part of the postal carrier, you must contact your local post office directly or file an official claim with USPS. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier error. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, you must contact USPS directly. We do not issue refunds for orders that reflect a status of "Delivered."

Should your package appear to have been tampered with or misdelivered, please file a claim with USPS and include your claim number when contacting us at rieproducts2020@gmail.com.

Order Processing Times
You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 3–5 business days from the date your order is placed. Please note that this refers to the shipping confirmation time, not the estimated delivery date. Once payment is authorized and verified, processing may still take 3–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Carrier & International Orders
We ship via USPS Priority Mail for most domestic and international orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
