Returns

Due to the nature of our hair care products and for sanitary reasons, we only accept returns or exchanges on items that are completely unopened and unused. All other sales are final.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at rieproducts2020@gmail.com. Returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions will not be processed.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, contains missing items, or does not reflect what was ordered, please contact us at rieproducts2020@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• Clear photographic documentation of the packaging and product(s) received
• A detailed description of the issue

Should your package appear to have been tampered with or misdelivered, we ask that you file a claim directly with USPS and provide your claim number when reaching out to us. For your protection, all packages are shipped with tracking and insurance.
